Jamie has more than 22 years of property management experience as an on-site property manager and a portfolio of Chicago properties, as well as supervisor of property managers in Chicago. Jamie has developed a unique, personalized and professional style as she works with association boards, residents and staff to facilitate optimum solutions to the management of each association.
Realizing the importance of effective communications, Jamie initiated the development and use of secure websites for communities.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications as well as a Master of Business Administration degree. Her designations are:

- Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designated by the Community Associations Institute (CAI)

Danette Smusz, CMCA®, AMS®

With more than 26 years’ experience in Property Management, Danette has developed a positive and objective approach to problem solving as well as a friendly and professional demeanor with all clients.
Prior to joining Foster/Premier, Inc., Danette’s work at a financial institution for six years in Customer Service and Business Development established her dedication to the importance of customer communication and servicing their needs as a priority.

Danette works primarily in the South Office in Romeoville, overseeing staff and operations.
Cheryl Mueller, PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS®

Director of Large Scale Communities
Cheryl Mueller holds the position of Vice President and Director of Large Scale Communities with over 24 years of experience working with large scale associations. She is a Licensed Illinois Community Association Manager and has enjoyed working in both Management and Activities/Lifestyles Division of these large scale communities.
